Well we were able to get some free apricots so we did a lot of canning. We canned Apricot/Pineapple Jam, Apricot/Raspberry Jam, Apricot/Rubarb Jam, & Apricot Jam. Of course I had a lot of little helpers. I don't remember canning taking quite this long when I only had two kids! But we survived and got some wonderful jam in the process.

Look at you girl! Good job. Canning with kids is horrible! I swear you don't get a thing done, and it takes so stinkin long!
I'm impressed! They sound very yummy. I will have to try some when we come to visit. You are SUPER MOM I swear, you can do just about amything and keep things under control. I wish I knew how you did it all.
Very Impressive! I am not a canner. I usually just wait for my mom to pass along whatever she has canned!
