Merry Christmas!!!!

Well this year we had a great Christmas!  The older boys got football uniforms (Trey-Steelers & Easton-Cowboys) and a DS.  The little ones got a v-smile which they call their DS.  Jim got some hunting things (a knife, compass/watch, new socks, flashligt etc.)  I got some exercise clothes and then Trey and Easton gave me 3 of the best gift I could ask for (see picture below).  Not only did they pick them out all by themselves, but they paid for them by themselves as well.  They gave me a plaster football helmet that has a "F" on it.  They said the "F" is for families are forever, a Chicago Bears football card (my favorite team), and a cowboy necklace.  Thanks guys I love the gifts.  You are so thoughtful and I love you both.  Travis and his family and Colby and his family came over the day after Christmas and spent the day with us.  We had a great time.  All the boys went chasing a cougar a friend of ours (Cliff) had tree'd and the girls stayed back and played some fun games.  We need to get together more often.  We always have so much fun!

Aspyn trying to convince Santa she has been a good girl.

Ridge wanted nothing to do with Santa until he realized Santa would give him some candy.  He went and sat on his lap and Santa asked Ridge what he wanted for Christmas  Ridge said "I just want the candy" and he point to the sack for Santa to give him.  Both Santa and I were laughing .

Ridge got a little tent from Kevins family and he loved it.  If you can't find Ridge he is probably hiding out in his tent.

Our Christmas Program

Well we had out Ward Christmas program on the 23rd of December and it went really well.  The boys were toys and the girls were dolls.  They were wondering why they were being given away, but throughout the program they learned that when the kids were giving them away to someone else on Christmas they were trying to be like Christ and serving others.  It was really cute and the kids did a great job.

Around the House

Well I have been slacking on my blogging lately.  These are just some fun things that have happened around our house. Trey was playing and when I came out of my bedroom this is what I saw.  Thanks Trey!!!! I love you to and your little message made my day!

I love this picture of Ridge, Aspyn and Jim!

Trey was qualified to participate in the Hoop Shoot Contest, but he had just gotten his tonsils out so he didn't go.  But Great Job Trey on making it into the contest!

Aspyn loves to color on the computer and wants her own computer for Christmas.  This is how I found her.

All in all fun times around the house!!!!
